THREE-STOREY student housing planned for North Melbourne has been labeled a "future slum" by neighbouring residents.
The Curzon St application, open to public consultation, provides space for 12 bedrooms but just two bathrooms. The covering also includes but two carparking spaces.
Melbourne Council had received nine objections to the proposition as of last week.
