Tell your parents that you went to a slam last night, and there`s a serious probability they will appear at you wish you are speaking a different language. In a way, you are. Unlike the traditional sonnets and limericks that your parents studied in high school, and that you were likely open to as well, slam poetry has no limitations.

Uncle Slam - Say UncleAs if I didn't rave about Divebomb Records enough last week, their latest release (which just came available for mailorder a week or so ago) is a long overdue reissue of Uncle Slam's 1988 debut, "Say Uncle".For some bizarre reason this album was never released on CD in the US back in the day, and always went for stupidly high prices on eBay, so until last week it remained the only Uncle Slam disc I was never able to get my hands on.

Grand Slam Tennis Review (Wii) - Operation Sports

Under normal circumstances, tennis games wouldn't usually have a whole lot of hoopla or aid from the mainstream media. Then again, most tennis games aren`t debuting alongside a new controller technology that`s supposed to inspire the way gamers can interact with the industry`s leading console. Hence the roaring hype for EA`s Grand Slam Tennis, a game that both Nintendo and EA have christened as the ushering in of a new era in motion control.
