OPI Serena Williams Glam Slam pt. 3 Review

This is the 3rd episode of OPI's collaboration with Serena Williams. As this one was meant to concur with Wimbledon, the names are subtly English. Also, this is the maiden set in the Serena Williams collection that isn't a sparkley base colour with a shatter top coat, and as someone that yet has issues with correctly applying crackles/shatters, I must say that this was a welcome change.

Phew, that is a long post title! Today I desire to deal with you one of the new OPI Serena Williams collaborations - a duo of a gorgeous glitter and white shatter. This and another duo coincide with the French Open

The base polish in this duo is Spark de Triomphe, which has got to be one of the more amazing glitter polishes I have seen in awhile!
