Kim Jong Il makes the picks!

Ulysses Fullerton. Haven't seen lots of him and so far this temper he doesn`t lead an impression. He`s been pinned every time, but at least it`s been by Thunderhammer and Uncle Slam.

Sucio Sanchez? He`s a winner, but I`m not sure Baltazzar can do him like Infierno did a few seasons back (I recollect but am not certain that Infierno managed him and gave him his trademark style).

Sucio`s never been great, but he definitely could be if used right. He needs to carry on someone tougher than Ransom though.

Vanhutzpah, though dropping in the ranks since last year still has a bit left and may (if smartly used) rise again. If aught else, the Britches team has a comparatively solid stable between VanH, Trundle and Red Dawn but through the season it will be the direction of this gift that counts.

Morris Payne could be on top, he`s probably one of the most deadly men this season. But he`s probably going to sit and wither while Danny Ransom gets torn apart like the whipping boy he is, thanks to manager Mindy "Phearse" phoning it in via juggaphone.

Handsome Danny Ransom. Poor kid. I receive a hunch we should be patient and look out this slaughter of a flavour for him and check for him next time around. Young wrestlers need management, and so far Ransom looks like he could use a mother figure. At least he`s not Science Fist, so let`s not consider him out until we see how he does against the Persuader.

Buck Trundle as ever is good on the border of greatness. I`m actually surprised J.D. beat him, which is a large house for team Infierno, but not necessarily a bad one for the Britches squad. 20 minutes is a long time, and both these guys are probably top contenders if their managers play them through the season right.

Scissorwolf looks like he may be retired soon. His former stature so far has not translated into the current NSFW season though his defeat of Morris Payne is significant, it just becomes confusing if we think that Payne pinned Scissorwolf during Pre-Season Shennanigans.

Science Fist. Well, Ransom pinned Science Fist in Pre Season Shennanigans, so that`s not good. And he`s been beaten by Uncle Slam, who holds gold. So I think the Fist`s showing against Thunderhammer this week will assure us a little, we`ll get to see how Science Fist develops throughout the season. At this point, Science Fist might be the can of the barrel. Look for Persuader to dispute him next week.

The Persuader. My money's still on Persuader to get out on top by the end of the season, either by points or by gold. He's torn up the conference since he arrived half way through last season and seems to be a rising star. Including Pre-Season Sheannanigans, he`s pinned Sucio Sanchez, and the legendary Bronson Thunderhammer not once but twice, the back sentence in an easy win. While he has proven he`s a tough, stunts like challenging Danny Ransom won`t win him any fans, but that`s actually a management call and can`t be held against the Persuader.

J.D. Stonewall. Infierno chose a whole stable by acquiring the Persuader and the new prince of videogame fantasy wrestling. It`s never a bad idea to bet on the issue of greatness. J.D. had a decent rookie year last season, and his hard won victory over Buck Trundle leads me to believe that this guy is going places. I think hell, he is the son of the great Carl Stonewall, but he`s also proving that he can bear on his own. If Infierno uses the devious strategy that he seems to be showing so far, J.D. can see ahead to a calm but conservative rise in the ranks. The Lesser Antilles Grand Prix is a perfect belt for this young buck.

Bronson Thunderhammer. This temper he doesn`t seem like World Championship material as he has in the past, but he`s due for a respectable showing. Thunderhammer pinned both Payne and VanHutzpah in Pre-Season Shennanigans but doomed to Persuader. He then defeated Fullerton, but that`s not saying much, and so was soundly defeated again by the Persuader. His expressing against the Science Fist might not show his skills to their true extent, but if he wins he`ll certainly come out of it stronger and perhaps ready for one of the lesser titles.

Uncle Slam. In Pre-Season Shennanigans, Uncle Slam managed to pin Fullerton, Trundle, Ransom, and Stonewall (everyone in the ring), to remove the Intercontinational Title decisively. He then went on to overcome the Science Fist. Tex Brickley might not wish it, but Uncle Slam and not Thunderhammer may be the best thing to cast off the Gathering Line this season. Uncle Slam may be ready to go up against the Persuader more than anyone else in the league. Look for him in the upcoming weeks, unless Brickley lets him sit so Thunderhammer can get in his final licks.

That's all for now devoted subjects!

WE BE ILLIN'!!!
